Vesuvius Holdings and JP & Associates REALTORS® announced today it has entered into agreements for its new worldwide headquarters based in Frisco, Texas.
Frisco, recently named as Money Magazine’s best place to live in America, is a city in Collin and Denton counties of Texas. It is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and is approximately 25 miles (40 km) from both Dallas Love Field and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Frisco’s outstanding public schools with more than 70 campuses, has the highest graduation rate of all the cities and towns MONEY evaluated in 2018.

The remaining floors will be available for lease.

He will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company and will also join the parent company Vesuvius Holdings LLC Board of Directors. Felicia has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. While finishing her Bachelor of Science degree in Information systems she worked for a real estate broker who managed REO properties for US Dept Housing and Urban Development. During that time she got to see how many layers of opportunity there is in the business of Real Estate. After a year in a cubicle in corporate America, Felicia decided to move on and get her real estate license which has transformed into years of loving the business.
